Main Application

The machine is applied for pharmaceutical, foodstuff and chemical ,magnetic material and powder industries,representinbg a new generation pulverizer combine crush with dust absorption and continuously ejtct material.

The machine has a simple structure and is easy to be installed and dismantled and cleaned,with the features of stable running, convenient

moving, low noise and high grinding efficiency, etc.

Working Method

The machine is composed of crusher, cyclone separating device, pulse dust absorption box, and draught fan, etc. The material is fed into grind chamber through the upper hopper, stroked by the rotating hammer blades in high speed. The crushed material being fed into cyclone separating device, and exit through the airlock by the active of centrifugal force and draught fan. The dust being fed into pulse dust absorption box, and filtered and cycled through filter. The machine reached the GMP standard and made of stainless steel.
