Working Method
The machine is composed of silo, crushing chamber, induced draft fan, cyclone separator and liquid nitrogen tank. The system
uses liquid nitrogen as a cold source. After the pulverized material is cooled and friable at low temperature, it enters the pulver
izer chamber and the blades rotates at high speed. The material and the blades, the toothed disc, and the material and the material under the combined effects of repeated impact, collision, shearing, and friction, the pulverization effect is achieved. The pulverized material is classified by an air flow classifier and collected: the material that has not reached the fineness requirement is returned to the silo to continue pulverization, and most of the cold air is returned to the silo for recycling.

The fineness of pulverization can reach 40-700 mesh, and even achieve fineness such as micron μ: using liquid nitrogen as grinding medium to achieve ultra-low temperature pulverization. explosion-proof and anti-oxidation effects of materials.
